Different cases require differing areas of expertise. Dr. Celeste has been involved in over 30 shooting cases as an expert in the force that was used by law enforcement officers. Dr. Celeste is not a shooting reconstructionist, which is a skillset that is often needed in shooting cases.
The National Justice Academy has developed a professional working relationship with the Highlands Forensic Investigations and Consulting Group who are highly regarded court qualified shooting re-constructionists.
